These terms apply to the KwanzaTrack mobile app and web console. By using them you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation that gave you access.
1. Access
Your organisation's administrator creates your account and decides what you can see and do. Keep your password and sign-in codes private and tell your administrator if you suspect misuse.
2. Acceptable use
Use the service only to monitor vehicles and assets your organisation is entitled to monitor, and in line with applicable law, including rules on employee and vehicle tracking in your country. Do not attempt to access other workspaces, interfere with trackers you do not own, or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Remote commands
Features such as engine immobilisation are powerful. Only users granted that permission can use them, and the organisation is responsible for using them safely and lawfully.
4. Availability
We aim for continuous service but GPS, mobile networks and third-party map providers can fail. Positions, alarms and ETAs are provided as-is and should not be the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
5. Subscription
Workspaces are provided under the plan and fees agreed with the organisation. Suspended or expired workspaces lose access until renewed.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the organisation for the service in the preceding twelve months.
